Possessing a strength and endurance that matches their stature, this race is known for easily conquering entire planets without the use of orbital weapons.

It is guessed based on obtained accounts that the Masters have a life span that can reach in the several hundred years if not thousands.
Overview:
There is little known about this transdimensional race of conquerors other than the accounts from several other races and the reports from the few Starfleet Officers who have encountered them. Their technology appears to be more than a match for that of Starfleet and it is suspected that each and every ship within the imposing fleet at their command is equipped with a dimensional jump drive allowing it to travel from one dimension to another. The Masters have shown themselves to be ruthless conquerors with no interest is establishing any sort of diplomatic associations with any other race, their primary and apparently only goal being to dominate whoever or whatever they encounter. Nothing is known of the Masters' homeworld or even in which dimension it can be found. It is suspected that the Masters have kept this information a secret to insure the safety of their world.
Overview of Civilization's History:
According to all accounts, the Masters have been for millennia a race of conquerors who enslave other races, using them as labourers to harvest the natural resources of conquered worlds. If, for one reason or another, the Masters leave a world they always render it inhabitable thus placing their slaves in a choiceless position if they wish to survive as a people.
